The Library, Publications, and Information Center of Quchan University of Industrial Technology (QUT) is committed to aligning its efforts with the university’s strategic vision: to become the leading specialized industrial university in northeastern Iran. Our goal is to provide robust educational and research infrastructure, fostering a dynamic, values-driven environment rooted in Islamic-Iranian culture, as we transition into a “third-generation university” dedicated to wealth creation through science to meet the needs of society.

Accordingly, the mission of the Library, Publications, and Information Center is to support and enhance the university’s academic, research, and scholarly activities. We strive to assist the university in elevating its national and international standing by acquiring, developing, and facilitating access to essential scientific information resources, and by effectively managing the utilization of these assets.
